Typically, our clients are looking for IT professionals with a college or university degree and at least two years of work experience. We recruit for both permanent and contract positions.
We expect you to be able to clearly describe your previous projects and achievements, and in general to have good communication skills, both verbal and written.
You should have an up-to-date resume, preferably in our InSync format, and at least three references who will confirm your skills and experience.
