Permanent and Contract
We recruit for both permanent and contract positions, so do not restrict ourselves to talking only with incorporated consultants. Some candidates are undecided as to which way to go, and we offer the flexibility to allow you to find the right job fit first and foremost.
Long-term relationships
We like to get to know our consultants, with a view to maintaining mutually beneficial long-term relationships. We want to understand your career aspirations and preferences, so that we can do a really good job of placing you in the right environment. And when one contract is coming to an end, we work hard to find you a new one.
Targeted submissions
We do not believe in “throwing bodies” at every opportunity in the hope that one of them will work out. Rather, we respond only with well-qualified, well-screened candidates, whom we feel are the right fit. Our success rate, therefore, is high, and we don’t waste anyone’s time.
Preferred vendor
We have “preferred vendor” status with several clients, so some opportunities will only be sourced through us.
Reasonable margins
You work hard for your money, and we don’t believe that we should be lining our pockets at your expense. Our percentage of the bill rate is low, by industry standards.
